This is a place to start for KPIs. Not sure if I can deliver all of these but these are what I came up with for "Best Case" KPI Dashboard.

Website Traffic

• Total visitors (daily, weekly, monthly trends).
• Unique visitors.
• Pages per session.

Engagement Metrics

• Average session duration.
• Bounce rate (how many leave after viewing one page).

Popular Content

• Top pages visited (e.g., sermons, events, ministries).
• Downloads (e.g., sermon notes, PDFs).

Event Interaction

• Event registration clicks.
• Online giving conversions.
• Volunteer signup form submissions.

Visitor Demographics

• Geographic locations.
• Device types (mobile, desktop, tablet).

Search Performance

• Most searched terms on the site.
• External search traffic (e.g., from Google).

Site Health Metrics

• Page load time.
• Broken links detected.
• Mobile responsiveness issues.
