Data Entry
The staff directory uses a Content Channel in Rock RMS named Staff TWMC to manage staff listings. This setup allows staff admins to handle updates through the CRM without needing developer access.

Required Fields for Each Staff Member

| URL Slug | URL-friendly version of name (e.g. chase-demaster) |
| Priority | Integer for ordering within featured sections (lower number = higher priority) |

| Group | Select one or more departments from the Staff Page Departments defined type |
| ShowOnPage | Boolean toggle to include or exclude from public directory |

Adding a New Staff Member
- Go to the Staff TWMC Content Channel.
- Click + Add Content Channel Item.
- Populate all Required Fields listed above.
- Set ShowOnPage to
Yesif the staff member should be public. - Save the content item.
Updating a Staff Member
- Find the staff member’s content item in Staff TWMC.
- Update any of the fields as needed.
- Save the changes — the live staff page reflects updates once page is recached.
Removing a Staff Member
- Option 1: Set ShowOnPage to
Noto remove them from display but retain the record. - Option 2: Deactivate or archive the content item for permanent removal.
Note on Priority
The Priority field controls ordering for the featured “Pastor” section and other grouped views.
- Lower numbers appear higher in the list.
