Data Entry

The staff directory uses a Content Channel in Rock RMS named Staff TWMC to manage staff listings. This setup allows staff admins to handle updates through the CRM without needing developer access.

Content Channel Details

Required Fields for Each Staff Member

Adding a New Staff Member

  1. Go to the Staff TWMC Content Channel.
  2. Click + Add Content Channel Item.
  3. Populate all Required Fields listed above.
  4. Set ShowOnPage to Yes if the staff member should be public.
  5. Save the content item.

Updating a Staff Member

  1. Find the staff member’s content item in Staff TWMC.
  2. Update any of the fields as needed.
  3. Save the changes — the live staff page reflects updates once page is recached.

Removing a Staff Member

  • Option 1: Set ShowOnPage to No to remove them from display but retain the record.
  • Option 2: Deactivate or archive the content item for permanent removal.

Note on Priority

The Priority field controls ordering for the featured “Pastor” section and other grouped views.

  • Lower numbers appear higher in the list.
  • Example: 0 appears before 1.
